Greetings once more minniehaha

Thank you for your additional postings which are much appreciated; during the imminent weekend of Saturday/Sunday May 7/8 I am for the first time visiting (my Second Cousin) Lloyd Barker, a son of Wynne Cuthbert Barker...

From 'mckha489' post above reading "His ashes were collected" relating to Norman Fetherstonhaugh Barker, who predeceased his wife by circa 10 years, and your posting of the Cemetery details relating to Daisy Ethel Barker stating Interment on 29/09/1973 at the Hamilton Park Cemetery, I wonder if perhaps they were both interred at the same place/same date...

Regards

Norman Fetherstonhaugh Barker is my Grand Uncle; the next born sibling of my Grandmother Miriam Vallance Barker...

The WikiTree Profile page 'Barker-3209' Norman Fetherstonhaugh Barker (1883 - 1963) in part reads "...Date of Death: 20 Nov 1963, Place Te Awamutu, New Zealand...Cremation: 23 November 1963, Place: Newstead, Hamilton, New Zealand ..." - a further Note reads "DEATH: Tokanui Hospital".

Any assistance in locating the final resting place of Norman Fetherstonhaugh Barker would be both welcomed, and much appreciated...

The Campbell College, Belfast Campbellian Register includes the listing 363. Barker, Ernest Lindsay Bucknall, b. 20th August 1887, son of L.B. Barker, Ardenza, Donegall Park Avenue, Belfast. My Great Grandfather Charles Joseph Barker b. 21 March 1844 in Dublin, was the immediate older brother of Samuel Lindsay Bucknall Barker b. 27 September 1846 in Dublin. The father of both the aforementioned, the Reverend Joseph Barker, subsequent to their respective births, was Rector of Achill from 1852 to 1871, and involved with the controversial Achill Mission Colony in Co. Mayo. Ernest Lindsay Bucknall Barker is noted in part on the Register "...Professor of Pastoral Theology, T.C.D., 1934-40 and 1944-48. Canon of Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin, 1939, and Treasurer of the Cathedral,1952. Rector of Holy Trinity, Killiney,Co. Dublin." I am seeking any information relating to the Barker Family dead or living, and should there be any living descendants of same I would very much welcome and invite contact...Best Regards from Havelock North, Aotearoa, New Zealand
