Waterford / Ellen Suche born and Bapt in Clonmel county Waterfors 1823

Hi, looking for any info on family of
Ellen Suche b. 09 Apr 1823
bapt 13 Apr 1826
parish Clonmel Co. Warerford COI
Joseph Suche 1793-1877 Ellinor Suche (nee Collins) 1798- 1878 .

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Registor: B/1807-1829
No other ref/record has been found on baby Ellen,suspect she died as infant infant.
This was their 3rd child and the only one born and baptized away from the Westport Co Mayo where the family is from in my research. Joseph Suche and Elleanor/Ellinor/Ellen Collins married in 1819 Emly, parish Cashel and Emly,(have image of parish reg) The only reason I can think as to why they would be in Waterford when the baby was born is that they were visiting with her family at the time. I have a record RC record for a bapt that would fit timeline for mother Eleanor but not location.
All other records for family are COI. Family Story has it that Joseph was born in Co Tipperary but no birth or bapt records so far. So what I am looking for are Collins Family in Clonmel,Waterford 1820 - 1824. Bapt record was from Roots Ireland and didn't attach due to copyright restrictions. Thanks for any assistance.
