Quinco did you notice that Mary daughter of David Kelly and Catherine Quinn was Mary Mcleish Kelly - just noticed a version of McLeish (Aflese) was written on the New York passenger List when Mary arrived with her mother Catherine Kelly aged 26 years and siblings Patrick aged 1 year and Catherine 6 years.
There was also a manifest marking 2- 1024721 - 15-1-1943 which was probably the date Mary was naturalized.

Hi Sandra,
                No cert in the post today maybe tomorrow if not Monday.

David Kelly & Catherine Quinn Had six kids James 1919-1921 Catherine 1921 Mary 1924-2000 Patrick 1926-1989 Sarah 1928 Margaret 1930-2017.

Mary McLeish- James Kelly the eldest in the pic. Her brother 1891 census. It was just a thought. It may be Margarets son but I am just guessing. Prob will never know.

Sandra, I don't know. No one in the family knows. My sister is the oldest family member alive an she doesn't Know. I thought it may have been David McAleece. but ages do not fit. :-\
