Shropshire Lookup Requests / Burial Grounds-Dawley/Lawley/Little Dawley area
« on: Tuesday 25 August 09 04:06 BST (UK)  »
Can someone suggest a website or resource that would show the burial grounds in the above locations.  Or does someone know where some of them are situated.  I am coming in Sept from Canada to do family research and was hoping I could find some grave sites.

I am looking for Dunning/Jones/Callear families

Hi I am looking for a Hannah Calear (Gallear) who was born in 1810? at Lawley Bank.  She married James Dunning.  Any relationship?

I saw your recent message re: Bailey.  I am also researching Bailey.  I am looking for the family of Susannah Bailey who was born in the 1700's.  She married a Edward Jones in 1787.

Eventually a part of this family came to Canada, where I now live.  Have you run into this name?

Some how I also posted this same question on Lancashire Look Up.  I am new at this and I guess it is a learning experience.  So it is the same link.

Thread Mill is a possibility because the family I am researching lived around Crompton.  If I was looking at a census would that be in the Crompton area?

Thanks for the responses.
