you can see the Police Gazettes on Archives website, type in New Zealand Police Gazette and then click on the 909 pages one, then you can either sort by year or go to page 7 and half way down is the start of the Digitised ones

Do you know that you can pay $265 assuming that is still the price considering the price increase starting today and let BMD find the info, they will get the deaths of all 4 parents (biological and adopted) and you will get the biological birth certificate

(the price has most likely changed but do check with NZ BMD)

Are you aware of any EQ damage at Omaka? One of John BELL's children is buried there near the curved RSA section.

do you have someone there, if so I'm happy to go and check, the cemetery was tapped shut for several days after the earthquake

Perhaps you could email the Funeral Director which is Campbell and Son's in Mosgiel as they could provide you with the info they have

according to the Dunedin Cemetery records his Ashes were scattered

I'm in Blenheim but don't go out to Ward, have you considered asking on the Facebook group freeconomy Marlborough as there are people who live there on that page who could have a look for you, if it was Omaka Cemetery I'd be happy to look as it is near me
