Yes, I believe so. You know what happens when you go to America, the name changes (ha ha). This helps a lot. I'll look at this more after I get back from work.

Thanks for the reply. I have never found any information on how is the father of Dennis Myron, his birth date or date of death, or of any of his other family members. His son is Lawrence Myron, Lawrence then had a son Lawrence, who had a son Hubert (my grandfather). At some point, the family had moved to America from Ireland.

Hope to hear back from you.

My father was a Myron, and we know his family came to America from Ireland, and said to have been Scotish before that. It is hard to track, and I sent a message to a Myron on facebook, that currently lives in Ireland, but they did not want to talk (several years ago).

Please let us know if you hear anything!

It sounds like your family has just left Ireland more recently than mine. If you read the first comments on this subject, my Mary Whalen Myron was from Tipperary. I just don't know how to trace her family or her husbands. Or I should say, I haven't yet figured out how to trace it. This website is a good help!

I wonder if there could be any connection?
It seems that the name Myron is hard to find in Ireland, is it just as hard to find Myrons?

We need to talk! I don't run in to a Myron very often.
My Granddad was Hubert Myron, the grandson of Lawrence Myron of Ireland.
