Surrey / George Fain of Shalford : Baptism
« on: Tuesday 01 August 17 18:16 BST (UK)  »
Hello

I am searching for the baptism of George Fain.

He was married to Sarah Randal in Alfold, Surrey in 1765. Their children were all baptised at Shalford, Surrey.

George was buried age 84 on the 4th Jul 1827 at Shalford.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your help John.

The age of 75 for that Elizabeth Duncombe death looks interesting.

If it is my Elizabeth she would of been about 48 when Thomas was born. He was born on the 4th Jan 1812 according to the parish register. If Elizabeth was the Elizabeth Peerman born 1761 she would of been nearly 51 when Thomas was born.

I might have to order that death certificate now.

Thanks for the further help.

Charlotte Duncomb & Samuel Root are my GGG Gandparents.

I have the Lucy & William Duncomb marriages the same as you have found.

Didn't have any info on Elizabeth Duncomb. That is a good find.

Surprised we can't find Moses Duncomb burial/death at least, because of the rare christian and surname combination.

Moses Duncomb was baptised 11th Feb 1759 in Stisted, Essex.

I think Elizabeth Peryman could be the Elizabeth Peerman baptised 18th Jan 1761 in Barking, Essex.
