Thank you everyone for your helpful hints and photography it was much appreciated. With the help from roots chat and other ancestry sites I am happy to say I now know what my 2nd Gt Grandma's headstone said.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could have a go at restoring this photo of my 2nd great-grandmothers headstone, I know it will be difficult as the lettering is 93 years old.

Thanks for making my old pic look so great, would it be cheeky of me to ask you if could modify it a bit, could you remove the young man standing? sadly nobody knows who he was, we think he may have just wondered by who knows, anyway the old gentleman sitting down was my husbands grandad.

Your Gt Gt Uncle Reuben Smith isnt the one Im searching for but thanks anyway.

Thomas & Comfort are buried in Horton although not together about 15 graves apart,
whats the story with Horton? there must have been a stopping place in there??
