Hi

I was hoping for some help or guidence on finding the ancestors of my great-great grandfather, Robert Statham, born abt.1837 in Walsall, Stafford, England.

I have been unable to discover any further relatives and would really appreciate the help :)

I have managed to research most of my maternal grandmother's family (Kingwell)
I am now trying to research my dad's family (Statham) but i am struggling to find anything which links with my family, My Grandad can't teel me much because he doesn't remember very well so all i have to go by is some names;

My Great Grandparents: Harry Statham + Lily Oakley born abt.1907 possibly in Hartshill

Harry's siblings; Alec, Jack, Victoria and Fred
Lily's Siblings; Flo, Mary, Nelly (died of cancer aged 50), Jim, Fred, Ethel and Dolly

I don't know the dates of birth just the names. Would really appreciate any help :) Thank You

the family tree from Isaac's son George;

George Kingwell born 1870 married to Evelyn Kennard born abt. 1877
their children;
Arthur born abt. 1905
Percy Reginald born abt. 1907
Stanley born abt. 1909
William born abt. 1911

Arthur married Emily Blackler born abt. 1908 - they bought a bungalow in shaugh prior which my great aunt Judy and her husband live in :)
their children;

Gillian 1940-2004 married David Manley


i'll need to get permission from my family to put any more information :)

I've managed to find a website that has the whole family tree starting from George Kingwell

i'm trying to get the picture i have of Isaac and the one of George, Evelyn and their boys scanned at the moment

i looked into julia newman and discovered her husband Jarvis and her family tree going back to her great grandparents

They don't know his full name, but his wife was called Evelyn.

It is all starting to seem very accurate, i think he might actually be who i'm looking for :D

It makes a lot of sense, there's just a few differences by names to what i have.
