Antrim Completed Look up Requests / 1945 Marriage Records

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie to this forum stuff so I'll try to be good 
I'm looking for the marriage record for my mother-in-law and unable to locate anything. Have checked the likely sites, incl PRONI but no luck. The details are:-
William Henry McKeown married Robina Lyall Denholm 22 Aug 1945 in Lower Ballinderry, William was a bus conductor at the time. His father was John McKeown and her father was Richard Pearson Denholm.
William was born 29 Jan 1920 (unable to locate any record either), Robina was born 21 April 1920 in cotland - I have documentation.
Am finding it quite frustrating in locating any records for Northern Ireland - is this usual?
