Kent Lookup Requests / Rev. Wm GREEN - Vicar of Bexley died 1808

Can anyone tell me if there is a headstone on the grave of the above, and what the inscription is? He was the Vicar up until the time of his death, as far as I can work out. Any information would be gratefully received as I live in NZ and don't know whether I will ever get to see it.
