Does anyone know if you can get a list of WORLD WAR 1 Deserters from the British Army. I am not sure which regiment.

Monmouthshire Lookup Requests / Edmund Richards

I am really stuck. I have the Marriage certificate of William Richards and Rachel Evans.The Marriage took place in 1851 in Pontypool, Monmouthshire . William's father is named as Edmund, occupation Fireman. I would guess he was born about 1800 give or take a few years. I have been trying to find him on the 1841 census but cannot link the two Edmunds I have found to the family. I believe he was married twice. Can anyone help me to piece this together. I would be so grateful. Thank you.

I have had a message from someone who has found a war medal belonging to one of my G Uncles on their allotment. They are trying to find a close relative in order to return it to the family.
Please would you kindly look up a marriage for William Richards born Ferndale 1890 later lived in Tylorstown. He was still single and living in the family home on the 1911 census. It would have been between then and 1914. He got killed in France in 1917.

I am trying to find the Father of William Richards born in Monmouthshire in 1823. William Married Rachel Evans in Pontypool in 1851.
Edmund Richards was named as his father on the marriage certificate.
I have searched the Cencus there are three Edmund Richards born around 1800.
I am really stuck as I cannot link any of them to William as I don't have anything else to go on.
Can anyone kindly help me in any way.

I have the name Breakingbury in my tree. Elizabeth Coole married Thomas Breakingbury in1874 at Hastings Sussex. they had three sons, James, Fred, and John, they were all born in different parts of the country so would think they travelled quite a bit. Elizabeth was born in Downton, Wiltshire.
I am finding Thomas Breakingbury hard to find prior to these dates.
