Does anyone know what was at 'St Valery', Slade Road, Roughley (Birmingham)?
The person I'm looking into was a domestic servant there in 1928. I'm thinking maybe it was just the name of a private residence, but I thought I'd ask just in case anyone has heard of it as being something else.

Stephen Backler to Martha Argent at St Andrew the Less Church, Cambridge
4th Quarter 1843?

I'd particularly like to know the occupation of the Groom, and if the couple were listed as 'OTP'?

Kent / Enon Baptist Chapel, High Street, Woolwich

Hello there
I'm interested if anybody knows where the Enon Baptist Chapel used to be in Woolwich High Street?
I think it was knocked down in the 1960's to make way for a new ferry approach.
I have an ancestor who was buried there, and I became curious when I read on-line at burial.magic-nation.co.uk: 'Enon Chapel-yard, High Street.
Gone- N of High St, between the roundabout and Glass yard. Now a grass area fronting the main road.
112 square yards. Tar-paved and closed yard, with some tombstones against the walls. (Holmes)'
I'm not local to the area so I'd be interested to find out if there are any tombstones left that are decipherable, or if there are trancriptions available anywhere.

If anyone has access to the parish registers for Duxford St John's, I'm interested in finding out more about the marriage of Daniel Whiting and Anne Spackman on 25th October 1748.
I'm looking for clues about the origin of the bride/groom or any further details about them that the entry might contain.
