Dublin / Christina Pouch/Pouche

Hi all, I am after some help in tracking down a ladies immediate family. Her name was Christina Pouch/Pouche and she was born around 1929 in the Dublin area. Her father I believe was called George and they moved to Pershore Worcestershire during or just after WW2.

Any help on this would be great.

My father's cousin in Canada has gotten in touch lately and she is confusing me a little.

My great great grandfather is was an Edward C Hitchcock b. 1876 in Kirkwall Orkney Scotland. His father was born in Oxfordshire but more as he worked for the British Telecommunications.

My dad's cousin is telling me that Edward married a lady whom had been married once before but I can't even find a marriage? I would guess that Edward would of got married in Evesham or Pershore area. Any help would be appreciated and I'll provide what I can. thanks

London and Middlesex / Nunhead Cemetary - WW1 memorial

I am wondering if anyone would know if the people of Southwich will be celebrating the centenary of the Great War @ Nunhead Cemetary this year, and if so what would the date be? My gt gt grandfather Arthur Buckle is buried in the grounds and I would like to represent him and honor him with a wreath.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Painted where??

I am after a little detective work and hope somebody can help. A friend of my step-mum has a painting and it was painted, she believes, in South Africa. I thought Rootschat would be the best place to ask so I shall attach the painting and hopefully someone may know, long shot but never say never.

I believe I have found the marriage of my gt gt grandmother Mary Jane Mifflin in 1908 Leominster Number: 6a
Page Number: 824, but I would like to know if someone could find out if the person she married was my gt gt grandfather James Strangwood?

James Strangwood and Mary were both born around 1871 in Herefordshire.

Any help would be appreciated.

Warwickshire / Elizabeth Twigg's Husband?

I am looking for the Husband of Elizabeth Twigg born 1874. She was living with her father in Birmingham on the 1891 census but I can't find her after so I'm guessing she married. I found two potential husbands as an Elizabeth Twigg married in 1899 Aston. I have two names but I can't figure out which one is her husband either a man called George Harry Champkin or Adderley Harry?

World War One / Got Initials but can't find my soldier?

I was wondering if you guys could help me try and find the name of a soldier please? His initials are H T Brant killed during WW1. I have typed in H T Brant and H Brant and cannot find anything on the War Graves site or Ancestry? His name is on the Bosbury War Memorial in Herefordshire but I can't find anything about him?? I don't know if he is a relative but most Brant's in Herefordshire I have come across have a link back to Worcester where my line is from.

Any help would be great.

Worcestershire / Marriage look up please

I am trying to find another marriage and this time it is my 2 x gt grand aunt. She was Emma Brant and married around 1888/9 in Pershore Worcester I tried to find her husband but couldn't see anything obvious...any help would be great.
