Hi there,
hopefully I am posting on the correct board if not could you point me in the right direction please.
I never had issues with FTM but today when I click on the icon it won't open up. I have tried restarting the computer but still won't open. I probably have the disk somewhere to re-install but obviously I'm concerned that I will lose my original data. I did back up about 6 weeks ago but have added a lot of info since then.
Any help would be appreciated,
many thanks

« on: Sunday 10 September 17 22:04 BST (UK)  »
Hello there,

I'm trying unsuccessfully to find a marriage between Elijah Hodson (b. 1807 Manchester) and Mary Eden (b. 1808 St Helens, Lancashire). I have found them on 1851 census in St Helens and they had the following children:- Eliza Hodson 1838, Coventry, John 1841, Leeds and Charlotte 1848, St Helens. I have marriages for all the children.
Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks,
Richard

Durham / Brunel Street, Gateshead
« on: Monday 07 March 16 23:09 GMT (UK)  »
Hello there,

my Grandmother was born at 48 Brunel Street, Gateshead in 1911. Just wondering if anybody has any  historical pictures of the street. I live near Liverpool and managed to have a very brief visit last month but seems that all the old houses have been knocked down for a new development (although there may have been others since?). Just after any info really so I can pass on to my mum,

many thanks,
Richard

Hello,
I have found my GGG Grandfather on the 1881 census as follows, is it possible somebody could look him up on previous census's if you have the time as I don't have Ancestry at the moment?
On a marriage certificate I have him listed as a butcher previously and I think he had a brother James born c1829 also Manchester.
Many thanks,
Richard

Lancashire Lookup Requests / St Peter, Liverpool look up please
« on: Sunday 12 December 10 21:14 GMT (UK)  »
If anybody has chance to go to Liverpool record office or has access to marriages at this church could I get a look-up for Joseph Brown and Margaret Jones who married 25th December 1855. I have found the marriage on the Beta part of family search but it doesn't have all the details.
I am really after the witness's names, fathers occupations and address at marriage,

many thanks,
Richard
