Dunbartonshire / kirkintilloch

 :)hi all

wondering if anyone has any idea about this place which I have no idea of its name..

Ok.. so its in Kirkintilloch and apparently a Doctor owned a big house with lots of grounds and it was situated on Belfield road, which the big house is no longer there.... I wonder did this house exist and if it did was it used as a lunatic asylum/poorhouse... or something more mysterious as children in the area thought it was rather spooky  ;).

Anyway if you are from the area and know anything about this place could you be so kind and let me know ...thank you x

After loosing lots of info due to a computer crash.. :( i'm wondering if anyone can help me ???

I am trying to decipher which line belongs to one another (all hand written for now 'such fun' [[OH yes back up will be used in several ways from now on].

My query is this if anyone can help..So I am fine up until i get to these people

Robert Hosack b.3/11/1726 (or baptism date)
F.James
M.Isobel
Siblings as follows
Elizabeth b. 1728
Isobel b. 1735
John b.1724
James1723
and Robert as above.

Now my query is hoping the above info is correct

which set of people belong to James (senior the father)

James Hosack b. about 1699 (m) 12 june 1722 to Isobel Cornhill

(nearly forgot to add ...which set of parents below belong to James)

option 1. Robert Hossack (m) Margaret Patterson
option 2. David Hossack (m) Elspet Findlay

???(my fingers are crossed that to have scribbled on note paper as I went along, all is not lost)
