i have 4 birth certs
montgomeryshire

restore and colour if possible please.
newspaper cutting  gives the following info#
bride wore cream satin gown and lace satin shoes , also a veil with orange blossom. bouquet pink roses
3 bridesmaids peach satin frock with matching shoes, lace straw hats trimmed with flowers and matching velvet ribbon. flowers were pink and mauve sweet peas
brides mother work blue lace frock with matching hat (sat on right of photo)
bridegrooms mother wore beige silk frock and hat to match. both ladies wore sprays of cream roses.

nearly 91 years ago when mum was 27 years old.

Hi , is it possible to date this photo
grandmother born 1876 and great grandad born 1844 and step mum born 1848
the reverse was written on by my mother stating it was grandmas 21 st birthday.  that would have been 1897. i thought she looked too young in the photo

Edward Arthur born in Berriew Montgomeryshire circa 1840
marries
Sarah Humphreys in 1863
they have the following 4 children
Sarah Ann  1863   dies 1879
Isaac and Harry   1870 and 1873
Sarah   1878  (my grandma)

he moves about as he was a carter and moved to the Stourbridge area with his family


on the 1891 census appears with a Mary Ann (wife) and son harry
also on 1901 census with Mary Ann
Edward dies in 1905 and Mary Ann is the notifier on the death certificate

i cannot find a marriage anywhere  , has anyone got any ideas .
perhaps they never married
i have a photo of  Edward  my grandmother and her stepmother taken about 1900

Alfred Ernest Kitson my husbands grandfather  about 1916 - 1918 first world war. gunner in the royal artillery.
born in leominster Herefordshire.
this is the only photo of him that we have come to acquire .from distant relation in Canada

Hi have not been on this site for many a year
i have a photo of Harry and pollie atkins with 3 children Jack , alice and Alf

do not know the date , but about around the  late 1890 to early 1900.

written on the back is that they were Uncle harry and Auntie pollie, i think this may be just an endearment . photo has a birmingham studio mark on it.
does any one know of this family.

my family names are Smith, Stoppard, Pinson, Jinks, Wood,
any help would be appreciated.

my husbands grandfather Alfred Ernest Kitson gunner in the royal field artillery regiment no 187129 can anyone find the records . We have everything else about his life he was born in 1894  he died in 1942
