Hi all.
I received this marriage certificate image from Victoria, Australia. However, I am having difficulty reading it enough to transcribe it.
Here is what I can read, and if anyone can help me fill in the blanks or correct where I'm wrong, I'd really appreciate it. Anything I am unsure of, I have made bold.
Marriages solemnised in the District of Sandhurst, Victoria (now known as Bendigo)
No in Register - 29
Where and when married - 30th December 1879, St Johns _____, ____ street, Sandhurst
Name and Surname of Parties - John Halliday & Annie Bowden
Bachelor or Spinster. If a widower or widow, date of decease of former Wife or Husband - Bachelor, Widow ____ 1870
Birthplace: ____ Scotland & Bristol England

Ages: 38 & 38
Residence Present - Echuca & Sandhurst
Residence Usual - ______ & Echuca
Parents Names: David Halliday & Elizabeth Halliday (Mitchell) & William Reece & Eliza Reece (Phillips)
Rank or profession: _____ & Foundry Labourer
I, ____________ being registered ________ do hereby certify, that I have this day, at St Johns _______ Street Sandhurst duly celebrated the marriage between John Halliday of Echuca, Labourer and Annie Bowden of Sandhurst, Dressmaker, after notice and declaration duly made and published, as by law required. Dated, the Thirtieth day of December 1879.
Marriage by licence was solemnised between us, John Halliday and Annie Bowden (her mark) according to the ____ of the St Johns ____ Presbyterian Church at Sandhurst.
Witnesses: _________ & James ______
there is also an odd number or mark next to where it says "her mark" that i'd love to be able to know what it means.
Thanks so much in advance!
