Please can anyone help to identify this building. The photo was taken by photographers in Stoke Newington, so presumably it's in London - is it a workhouse or similar? And would it be late nineteenth century? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It runs to 350 pages of A4 spiral-bound and weighs 1100 grams. I should like to return it to any family member or anyone interested in those names, rather than just dispose of it locally. I would like some idea of the date for this photo.  I believe it is quite early - 1850s perhaps?  If not, then it isn't who I hope it is!
