does anyone know if I can view the 1939 register individually with out paying a subscription and pay a one off fee to view the record to ancestry or find my past ? I just need to view one record

Armed Forces / find army record

I am trying to look for a army record Of a Charles Taylor Born 1861 somewhere in England  He served in the royal lancashire fusilliers between 1881 until he died through illness at belfast Barracks in 1892. He last knowed rank was a colour serjeant. The only census I can find him is on the 1891 scotland where he was with his regiment. He was spent a lot of his time in Ireland where he married an irish woman  I need his army record where he was born and any other information on him. Other than going to Kew any other way to find this out

Tipperary / Birth Details

I have just found after 8 years that my Great grandmother Phoebe Madeline Taylor was born in Tipperary Thurles 1883  from the fantastic new indexes on family search pilot I know her father Charles Taylor was in the Royal Lancashire fusiliers Does anyone know if there is an army barracks near Thurles and is it possible to get a birth certificate??

can anyone give me some advice i have just found new indexes just released on family search that includes ireland I have found my Great Great Grandparents wedding Charles Taylor who married a Hannah Cronin In Cork registered between Jan-march 1882 I would love to get a marriage certificate for this but Where from !!!!!
