Derbyshire Lookup Requests / any help LITTLEFORD, Samuel (1773-1828), in Mellor/New Mills

Hi All,
I'm stuck at the moment. I'm trying to find out the parents or siblings for a Samuel LITTLEFORD, born around 1773, Mellor, Derbyshire.
I know he died around 1828 (Hyde, Cheshire?).
Was married twice.
1st -married 1793 to Francis Wamsley (1774-1815)
children with Francis;
-Jane (1797- )
-Charles (1799-1803)
-Thomas (1803- )
-John (1806-1866)
-Helen (1811- )
-Hannah (1814-1861)
2nd -married 1817 to Martha Pickford (- )
children with Martha;
-Samuel (1817-1820) out of wedlock!
-Frances (1820- )
-Eliza (1825- )
