Were these marriages recorded separately by the Civil Authorities or not? Can anyone help me please? I was hoping to gain extra information from a Civil registration certificate.

Michael also born in Co Down, suspect same Parish but about three years earlier than Elizabeth. I would be very grateful if anyone could look at the record.
