I am trying to establish correct family information on Robert Sinclair Gunns parents. He was born 1836 Wicks Scotland and married in 1860 a Williamina Campbell Cunningham. She was born in Princes Street, Edinborough Scotland.
I have been given parentage for Robert as an Alexander Gunn born 1802 Kildonan, Scotland and died 1881 Kildonan. Would like to be able to obtain a copy of death certificate or know where he was buried. His wife was Isabella Henderson - no more information on her.
Robert immigrated to Australia but am trying to establish further information from Scotland.
Have been told Alexanders parents were a "John Gunn and Barbara McKay" but this has not been proven therefore need to have more information on Alexander and Isabella.
Birth, Wedding, Death certificates or any records would be appreciated.
Also Robert Sinclair married a Williamina Campbell Cunningham in Australia and I was seeking information on her parents also.
Williamina was born May 1836- Princes Street, Edinborough Scotland to William Cunningham and Ann Campbell. Any information on these would also be appreciated.
Thank you
