Monmouthshire / Electoral Roll - Rhymney
« on: Friday 22 July 16 19:26 BST (UK)  »
I wonder if someone could take a look at the Electoral Roll for Rhymney please at Gwent Archives.

I am looking to see who is living with the Williams family at 2 Ael-Y-Bryn, Rhymney U.D., Monmouthshire, Wales for the years following World War 2.  There is William Williams and his wife Sara, sons Thomas James and Nyphai Williams.  I wonder if the wives of Thomas and Nyphai are also here.  If it's not too much trouble, I would like alternate years from 1945/46 until abt 1960.   I live within reaching distance of Sandwell, Birmingham and Dudley Archives, so will be more than willing to return the favour.

Many thanks.

Lancashire Lookup Requests / Barrow in Furness Buriels
« on: Friday 03 June 16 14:29 BST (UK)  »
This is a longshot and I don't want to put anyone to too much trouble, but I have a James Jones, born 1846 in Tipton, Staffs, who died in Barrow in Furness in Sept Qtr 1924, Aged 78.  His last known address, in 1911 is the Old Kiln, Kirby in Furness, Lancs.  His wife, Sarah Jones, died in Mar Qtr 1933, Aged 84 - Barrow in Furness District.  I would like burial details for both if possible.  Thank you very much, and I am happy to return the favour if anyone needs information from my bit of the West Midlands.   :)
