Baptism lookup pls, of Ann Maria Woodbridge b1790 @Little Milton area. Also listed as "Maria" in later Censuses.
Listed consistently as being born c.1790 in the Little Milton area, so could be also baptised in Great Milton, Great Haseley etc.  OXF-FHS lists these as the Thame region.
Any help would be gratefully accepted thankyou

Shropshire Lookup Requests / WOMBRIDGE Marriage Lookup please.
« on: Thursday 15 November 18 04:41 GMT (UK)  »
Hi, it seems that only the Shropshire FHS has marriages at Wombridge 1751-1802.  SFHS Marriage index CD is listed as having the records that the IGI (and FindMyPast) doesn't.  So if anybody has that CD could they please help with a lookup.
I'm after a marriage at Wombridge c.1785-1801, for a Thomas TRANTER and Sarah (unknown).  Their first child I can find was baptised at Wombridge in 1801.
Any help gratefully accepted.

Shropshire / WOMBRIDGE pre-1802 Marriage records - do they still exist?
« on: Wednesday 14 November 18 23:03 GMT (UK)  »
Hi, after not being able to find specific Marriage records at Wombridge in my research, I decided to find out if they still existed.  Familysearch/wiki says the IGI has years 1721-51, 1802-1812, 1814-1836; so there is a gap 1751-1802 and 1813.  Shropshire Archives states that they only have them on fiche for 1802-1880, and FindMyPast has 1722-1880 with gaps. I checked FindMyPast and they don't have Marriages pre-1802.
So does anybody know if the M records exist and if so where they are?
Knowing for sure that they don't exist would be good too, as I can stop looking :)
Any help much appreciated.
thanks

Angus (Forfarshire) / Cruikshank graves at Stracathro, Angus, LOOKUP please
« on: Saturday 18 April 15 08:14 BST (UK)  »
Hi, I hope this is posted in the right place.....
I have tracked the Cruikshanks of Stracathro estate (Patrick & 3rd wife Marjory Gerard) but I haven't been able to locate their graves.  His 1797 Will states he wants to be buried with wife Marjory at Stracathro, but he died soon after in London. Can anybody lookup to see if one or both are buried at the Stracathro graveyard, or point me to somewhere that does.  He died very rich so the graves may be quite grand, if that helps.
any help gratefully accepted, thanks
