Millions of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, documents went online Thursday.
Documents from the Lackawanna County register of wills and clerk of judicial records offices now available online include:
Probate records from 1878 to present.
Marriage applications from 1885 to present.
Orphan's court division records since 1938.
Dockets for the civil and family court divisions from 1995 to present, with the exception of juvenile records.
Scanned images of documents filed in the civil and family court divisions since 2003, again excluding juvenile records.
The project required eight years to complete. The records are available at http://www.lackawannacounty.org.

Thomas Schofield and Elizabeth Wilson married May 13 1839 Thomas was a hatter residencs of both was "Square"
Thomas's father was "Joseph" Elizabeth's father "James"
married parish church Parish of St Mary Warrick County of Warwick
1887 Thomas marries again (Jacksonville Illinois) - father-Joseph and mother Sarah Orid Omid ??
Emigrated to Philadelphia USA
