Looking for William Spencer left England with Hereford cattle about 1900 maybe with a lady friend! He was born in Yarpole Hereford in 1856, married Elizabeth Davis in Bridstow in 1887 and had 7children. Have been looking for him for years. We understand he stayed in America but no trace. Probably descendants out there as he was only 40 when he left England. Any ideas please?

William Spencer left Woodmancote Glos in about 1900 with either a young farmers daughter or the local barmaid! Does anyone know the name of the young lady or a family whose daughter caused a stir in the village at that time?
