The Common Room / Ida Shaw married William Isaac Payne in 1896

Looking for Ida Shaw's parent and sibling names.
Ida was suppose to be from Ireland.
Ida Married William Isaac Payne (born in IN, living in NJ) in 1896 the same year my Grandmother, the only child of this union, was born. They divorced soon afterward.

I am trying to figure out my heritage.

William Isaac Payne(1876)  parents were Smith Payne (1843-1897) & Elizabeth Blake (1852-1924)
But I can't find much information on William Isaac Payne.
He was married a couple times, but can't find much info on them either.
Does anyone have William Isaac Payne in their family tree & have any information on them?
