Looking for a property called Dolwen in Corris. Someone suggested that it was a name given to one of The houses by the the chapel. Can anyone confirm this

Anyone with access to MI for this cemetery. Is there a memorial for Mary Jones died 23 May 1875. According to newspaper reports she was buried at this cemetery

Looking for any information on Robert Ellis and his wife Elizabeth nee Owen. Robert was a schoolmaster living at Bryngogan penmachno ( site of a shop c1900 owned by a Robert Thomas). They had at least two sons Lewis T Roberts born c1820 died Racine 1903 and William Roberts who died Taifrest Ffestiniog 1890 aged 89. any information on their BMD and any other children much appreciated

Anyone with access to memorial inscriptions for cemeteries in this area. Looking for the grave Of Mary Jones died May 23 1875 aged 37. Memorial inscription probably in Welsh and could contain the additional phrase "gwraig y Parch Francis Jones. The cemetery could also be Nonconformist possibly Calvanistic Methodist

Anyone with access to cemeteries in this area looking for place of burial for Joseph (Baldwin) Jones a pharmacist who died 4Q 1915 aged 52.
Is his wife buried with him name unknown as he married between 1901-1911 and on the 1911 he is described as a widower

Trying to locate the family of Rees Davies who arrived New York 1.6.1844 after sailing on SS Atlantic. Passengers listed were Ries Davies 64, Ries 21 Gwen 44, Ann 18 Evan 16 David 15 John 13 Elizabeth 11 Mary 9 Susan (sinah) 7 Richard 6 Catherine 4 Sarah 2.
Been unable to locate family in US census
In 1841 the family were living at Llyfriniog but were originally from Blaencowney Llangadfan.
There is an interesting article on this family emigration in the Dolydd 2013 available electronically
The only other lead we have is a plaque undated on a chair presented to Bethania chapel that reads
Presented by in memory of his father J J Davis ( lost the e) Blaencowney W L Davis Indiana
Guessing that this was in the 1920's 1930's

Merionethshire / Thomas Brees and Elizabeth Brees Pennal

Looking for place of burial for Thomas (born 1821) and Elizabeth (born c1825 died 9.8.1894 Abergafan Isa Pennal although this could be near Pantperthog. I have checked church registers for Pennal, Machynlleth, Llanwrin, Corris and Talyllyn to no avail. Evidence suggest that her parents and their son David are buried Llanwrin. Has anyone access to records for the other cemetery in Corris or any other Nonconformist cemeteries in this area.
