Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Will and Testament of Thomas Gass dated 1692

Can anyone help me decipher the attached Testament of Thomas Gass of Dornock in Dumfriesshire dated 1692?. I can make out his name and places as well as a relative George Irving? but the whole content has me perplexed. Thanking you in anticipation.
