Isle of Man / DAVIES, William James b abt 1824 Isle of Man

Can someone please help me find the parents and/or siblings of William James Davies, my great great grandfather?
•   b abt 1824 Isle of Man
•   in 1849 he was chief officer of the Berhampore, a ship which brought fencible soldiers to Onehunga, Auckland, NZ
•   m Mary Jane SHALE, daughter of one of the soldiers, in 1853 in Auckland
•   occupations included mariner, ship’s chandler, ship owner, first mayor of Thames, harbour master of Thames
•   children (all born either Onehunga or Thames):
o   William John b abt 1852
o   Joseph Henry b abt 1856
o   Charlotte Mary b 20 Jul 1858
o   Eliza b abt 1860
o   Walter James b abt 1864
o   Annie Jane b 1870
•   d 29 Dec 1882 Thames
Any suggestions about how to find out more about him would be appreciated

I need help, please, tracing the parents of several of my ancestors, all from Newport Pagnell, as I can’t seem to go any further. Males were all agricultural labourers, females were all lacemakers and most lived their whole lives in Newport Pagnell (until my great grandfather James emigrated to Australia in 1857). The information I have so far is:
BOON, George b abt 1766 d abt 1833
•   m (1) Sarah Ann LINSDAY 24 Feb 1784 (she died between 1791 and 1805?)
•   children
o   Sarah b abt 1785
o   James b abt 1789
o   George b abt 1791
•   m (2) Susannah BABBINGTON 9 Oct 1805
•   6 children of second marriage are Thomas, John, James, Daniel, Christopher and Elizabeth) but I’m interested in marriage 1 as my line of descent is from third child above, George. That son George married
•   ROSS, Ann b abt 1791
•   m 5 Sep 1808
•   children
o   Robert b 1810 – not absolutely sure he was their son, as he’s living away from NP in 1841 census in Bolnhurst
o   Sarah b abt 1811
o   Mary b abt 1813
o   William b 9 Oct 1817
o   William b 11 Aug 1819
o   James E b Sep 1821

Can someone please help me find the parents and/or siblings of Charlotte, my great great great grandmother? The information I have about her is:
•   b abt 1806 probably in Staffordshire
•   m William Shale 22 Dec 1828 in Handsworth Staffordshire
•   resident in Sappers Barrack in London in 1833 (as her husband was corporal, later sergeant in Royal Marines)
•   children:
o   Mary Jane b abt 1832 Rushall, Staffordshire
o   William b 28 Mar 1833 Woolwich, Kent
o   John George b 15 Aug 1835 Woolwich, Kent
o   James b 27 May 1837, Rushall, Staffordshire
•   resident in Rushall, Staffordshire in 1841 census
•   emigrated to NZ aboard Berhampore 16 Jun 1849, accompanied by husband and oldest daughter only

Devon / VICARY, Grace b abt 1783 Bideford, Devonshire

Can someone please help me find the parents and/or siblings of Grace Vickery (or any variant), my great great great grandmother?
•   b abt 1783 Bideford, Devon – this is birthplace stated in 1851 census when she was in Newport Pagnell Workhouse, so I believe her parents are likely to be from Bideford. Maybe Thomas and Mary but I can’t find a Grace’s birth in Bideford for them. The reason I think they might nevertheless be her parents is the name of their second to last son Michael Boon Vicary – the middle name is a very common surname in Newport Pagnell, or is this just a coincidence?
•   m 5 Aug 1807, Exeter, Devon to John LOCKWOOD
•   resident in Lathbury Buckinghamshire and Newport Pagnell, Bucks in 1841 and 1851 censuses
Any info or clues as to where to look next for answers to my questions would be appreciated

Can someone help me find the parents and/or siblings of Rosalie Sophie VORNIER, my great great grandmother, please? The information I have about her is very limited but Vornier is the correct spelling of her surname, as this is how she signed her marriage certificate.
•   b abt 1829 in France. In 1871 census place of birth is very unclear – looks like B Sulgier (see attached)
•   father was Louis VORNIER, a surgeon
(she moved from France to England around 1849, not sure if alone or with family?)
•   she may have been a cabaret singer prior to her marriage
