Nottinghamshire Lookup Requests / Birth Record Edward Harry Lowe after 1911

Anyone around that can help find info on Edward Harry Lowe, he would have been born after 1911 to Harry and Jane Lowe (haven`t been able to find their marriage date either)...Harry was a Cigar Maker and from his Mother`s Probate Edward was a Tobacco Worker in 1960.

Hoping someone might be able to help track down more info on my 3rd Great Grandfather?

The Census Record 1851, 1861 & 1871 have Charles John Lowe being born approx 1824 in
Grantham, Lincolnsire, haven't had any luck finding him on the 1841 Census or any Birth Certificate.

He was residing in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England 1851.

His trade was a Stonemason.

His Father might have been William (but I can't remember where I got that from).

Nottinghamshire Lookup Requests / Question about the England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index, 1837-1915???

I wanted to order my Great Grandfather's Birth Certificate from the England & Wales, FreeBMD Birth Index, 1837-1915 through ancestry.com but ran into an issue with his name coming up on two different pages in the same Volume and same months.

I sent in a request asking which was which but they are unable to answer which one is the correct one.

I know his birthday 11 February 1878 but there is a Frank Henry Lowe list in both
Jan-Feb-Mar 1878, Volume 7b but there is one on Page 306 and Page 308.

Is there anyone here that can help with which one is which?

I have gone through about half of the 1921 Vancouver Census and haven't seen Napier, Douglas, Rupert or east 26th Street...have anyone seen them yet?

If so can you send me the District/Ward?
