Angus (Forfarshire) / Searching for Charles Mitchell b: 1842-1869

I am trying to find which cemetery Charles Mitchell was buried in.  I have a copy of the headstone of Charles' father, who was William Mitchell.  On the stone it says "their eldest son Charles died at Stirling on his way home from the East Indies, 31 March 1869, aged 27 and is interred there."  This headstone is in the Eastern Cemetery in Dundee.

I had asked for help on 'Ask Scotland', and was told that they were unable to find anything in Stirling about the burial of Charles Mitchell.

  Charles was born on 20 Aug 1842 in Guthrie, Forfar.  If anyone can help me find him, I would be very thankful.

I have not been able to find an obituary for my great uncle in Toronto, On.  His name was William Mitchell, d: 19 July 1918 in York County, Toronto, On.  He died on the job, there was an inquest on 23 July 1918.  Can anyone help?

I am looking for anyone who may have known either David Mitchell/Alice Battle.  They married  on 6 Aug 1929.  They lived at 15 Prince Albert Gardens in Liverpool.  If anyone knows anything about them I would be pleased to hear from you.

Need help looking for the cemetery that my grandfather was buried in.  His name-David (Grant) Mitchell; death-Dec 1957 in Wirral; registration district of Wallasey in the county of Cheshire.  His birth was in 1883 in Scotland and his spouse was Alice (Ellen) Mitchell.  Any help would be appreciated.

 I believe my grandfather, David (Grant) Mitchell, died in Dec, 1957 in the county of Cheshire, Registration District, Wallasey.  He was 74 yr. of age.  He was born in Dundee. Scotland on 28 July 1883.  His parents were John Mitchell, and Margaret Christie Dow.  He was also married in Liverpool on 6 Aug 1929  to Alice E Battle, born abt 1880, and died in 1968 in Wirral, Cheshire
