this is a long shot but my great uncle Richard john walker was killed in ww1 on june 2 1916. he was holding a pic and asked if he was killed if they would forward the pic to miss Wilson at the cottage 9 west road elgin . I just wanted to know if anyone knew her and if anyone knows anything about the pic. im his great niece

my great uncle Richard walker was born in 1897 in forres morayshire Scotland. he enlisted in the 6th seaforth highlanders around 1914 and was killed by a german snipper on june 2 1916. in france. he was oonly 19 im trying to find out any info and or badges so I can hand them down to my son. he received the victory star andbritish medals. it says they were sent to his sister Margaret kerr but her family knows nothing about them any info would be appreciated
