I am researching John Richard Wheeler who, at the time of his death, in 1955 was living in Clevedon. I am trying to establish if he was living there in 1940 so does anyone have access to electoral registers for that period?

Armed Forces / Aldershot Military Cemetery

I have been trying to telephone the office of Aldershot Military Cemetery (01252 348214) for several weeks but nobody answers the phone. I am trying to find out if a retired member of the Garrison staff who died in 1955 and his wife who died in 1928 are buried there. Does anyone have an alternative way to contact the office or where else I might find the burial registers?

I am trying to find the burial places of a husband and wife who both died in Hampshire, the wife in 1928 and the husband in 1955, and I have tried all the online sources without success. Where can I access the burial registers for Hampshire? I appreciate they may not have been buried in Hampshire.

The Common Room / Problem ordering wills

I recently tried to order two wills on the gov.uk website but when I went to pay the following message appeared - "There is a problem - HTTP/1.1500 returned - please contact your administrator". Does anyone know what this means? I reported it via the website and was told it had been sorted but when I tried to order the wills again the same message appeared so I have no idea what is going on.
