Hi I'm looking for a marriage between a Robert Appleby born 1858?? and a Sarah Pitt born 1858??
both born in Essex.
I have the birth certificate of my GGrandmother and their names are as above but with Sarah being Appleby formerly Pitt.

Hi would love somebody to be able help me.
I'm struggling to find my ggmother on any of the census
Her name was Sarah Mariah Davies born 1891?? Not sure if this date is correct as I have her marriage certificate where her age is 26. She married an Owen Parry on 04/06/1911 in Merthyr Tydfil.
I have her father listed as a Daniel Davies (deceased farm labourer)
She was living in 13 Brynteg Terrace at the time of her marriage.

Hi hope somebody can help I'm trying to find the marriage of a Hilda Mary Watkins born 1909 Cardiff
Parents were Jabez Watkins and Sophia Charlotte Watkins(nee Townsend)
This is the only information I have.

I'm also struggling with the marriage of her brother aswell Ivor George Watkins born 1911 Cardiff
Any information would be fab

Hi I wonder if some one can help me :)
trying to find the death of my GGF
He was born Joseph Davies 1875 in Cwmavon Wales (parents Thomas & Martha)
He married a Mary Ellen Williams 04/10/1906 in Merthyr Tydfil
I have him living in Cardiff in 1938 (on my grandfathers marriage cert)
Struggling to find death of both Joseph and Mary

Hi I wonder if somebody could help me, I'm having difficulty finding my ggf on any of the census >:(
 His name is Ernest Edgar Jones born I think 1868
 He married an Elizabeth Quick on 12/06/1905 in Parish of Wilton Somerset
 They had a son my gf Arthur Jones born 15/06/1907 in Taunton

Family History Beginners Board / cardiff city reserve players 1927

I have just discovered that my Grandfathers brother Dilwyn Davies was a reserve player for Cardiff City Football Club in 1927 when they played Arsenal in the FA Cup. Would anybody be able to help me confirm this. I have tried looking on the Cardiff City web page on past players without any joy.

Trying to find where my Grandfather was buried
His name was Vincent Davies died 4/07/1962 Cardiff, I have a feeling it was somewhere in the valleys of South Wales.
