London & Middlesex Lookup Requests / Elizabeth Prior- Newspaper lookup to confirm 1923 death

Hoping someone can help me.

I am trying to find out if there exists a obituary for Elizabeth Prior, to confirm a death date of Sep 1923 Hackney.

The last census entry I have is 1921, where she is with her daughter Eva and Selina Gee.

Born 1841 Cork, Cork, Ireland
Living in Eltham, Lewisham, London, Kent.

Previously lived at 6 James Street Colchester.

Widow of Samuel Prior, children Elizabeth Harden, Samuel, William, Louisa Holmes, Thomas and Selina Gee. Along with Francis Lynch from a previous marriage.

I'm looking for information on the marriage of Hugh McLindon and Margaret Gormley in New York about 1918. Living together in Yonkers Sep 1918, ,looking like she's taken his name.

And also Margaret's subsequent death in 1922 (she was born in 1889).

Louth / Ward's Hill and Halfpenny's town

Came across both place names in the Dunleer parish records. I have found a Halfpenny's town bridge in the griffith's valuation in Mooremount which is to the south east of Dromin.

Am I right that Halfpenny's town is within the townland? And where is Ward's Hill?

I am hoping someone with more local knowledge can help. As my searches so far have proved to be in vain.

I have found his details in irish deaths at sea. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to do a lookup in local newspapers to see what other details I could find out about his death.

He drowned in Queen's dock Whitehaven and was a sailor aboard the Mary Ellen born Ardglass Ireland 1872.

Can I order multiple certificates on one form or will I have to fill separate applications for each event?

irishgenealogy.ie Seems to have updated their indexes to include the dates and both partners on the marriage indexes. The only problem is that some entries that were previously there seem to be missing.

Does anyone know whether this is an ongoing process and when it will be finished? As my google fu has failed me.

I have tried looking in various Louth parishes especially around Dundalk where her she lived with her husband and children in 1901 but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.

Found a couple of ancestors and a bit about their political opinions but mainly their drinking habits. A riot, soldiers opening fire and the locals trying to hit voters with stones. A good read anyhow.
