Other Countries / Looking for a Grave or death certificate in Lusaka, Zambia

Hi,
I've posted this before but it went under the South African forum. Perhaps I'll have better luck here.
I'm looking for any information (Headstone/Death Cert/Burial cemetery) on a Barbara Desimone who died in a car accident in Lusaka,Zambia in 1969. I don't have any information in regards to what cemetery she was buried in. At the time of her death she was married to Roberto Desimone and she had 2 children, Mark & Gary from her previous husband who's last name I don't have. Her children later immigrated to Australia with their father so trying to get contact details for them is almost impossible.
I've searched every conceivable website online and also have put through "photo requests" on Billion Graves website but with no response from them.
If anyone out there can perhaps help me in regards to where I should maybe look or who I could potentially contact.
