World War Two / Please help! Ww2 Grandfather

Hey! I am new to this so I'm excited to speak to you all.. I am attempting to get some information on my grandads service in WW2. He was in the third and second battalion of the scotts guards as a tank driver. His name is Walter Foster and his service number is 2701179. If any amazing people out there who enjoy researching would be willing to help me it would be so much appreciated xx
