Midlothian / Euphemia Grant / William Muat(Mowat)
« on: Tuesday 24 January 06 21:59 GMT (UK)  »
Euphemia Grant of Cromarty, married William Muat(Mowat) of Edinburgh in Dundee on the 26/12/1825. Euphemia's father was John Grant. If anyone has any info on Euphemia or William, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Durham Lookup Requests / Stockton 1871 Look up
« on: Tuesday 24 January 06 18:00 GMT (UK)  »
My Great Grandmother Margaret Eliza(beth) Mitchell was born 1st quarter 1870 in Stockton, and in the 1881 census lived with her grandparents Elizabeth and William Mitchell at 3 Smithfields, Stockton on Tees.
Elizabeth and William had at least 8 children, but I've no idea who the father and mother of Margaret were, and hoped that some one might be able to find her in the 1871 census for Stockton and possibly find out - or at least pick up a clue!

Can anyone help!

Paul
