As a Scrapbooker (not the sugar paper kind) I thought it would be really nice to trace my grandfathers side of the family for his 90th birthday this year - being an only child who's father died when he was just 10 months old he knows nothing about his heritage.  I am desperate to get all his memories out of his head and scrapbooked before he pops it.

Now, it is not just a hobby of mine Scrapbooking, but a passion and a full time  business, (which is steadly growing into the new card making.) You all probably understand that documenting your heritage is important but us scrapbookers use a creative way to do it on archival papers and albums.  Well, a scrapbookers husband who is helping me research my family has led me to this site and browsing through the posts I've just cottoned on to the fact that this is a hobby!!!   Best I don't tell my DH this cos he is very supportive of my scrapbooking considering it is a business but another hobby that keeps me up to 2am!!!  I don't think he could cope!!  LOL!!  So as I write this I feel like I'm on the 12 step plan and I have to confess I'm hooked already! So that must make me a Geneaholic right?
