Completed Census Requests / St. Dogwells 1841 look up - No Surname - long shot I know!

Is anyone able to look up the 1841 census for 'St. Dogwells', near Wolfscastle, Pembrokeshire? My great, great, great, grandmother PHEBE was born there somewhere around 1828 (ish). All I know of her is that she married someone with the surname 'Morris', and appears as a widow farmer Phebe Morris (at Furston Farm, Monkton, Pembroke) on the 1861 census (given age as 31), and on the 1871 census (given age as 43), then she disappears.
Her dead husband may have been a William Morris (born Haroldston West 1793) or possibly one of his younger brothers, but I don't know this for certain. If I could find a maiden name for her, it would help me greatly.
So basically, I am looking for a female called Phebe (that is the spelling given on both of the later census returns, aged around 13 years living in St Dogwells, at the time of the 1841 census. It's a long shot I know, but if anyone could help in any way, I would be extremely grateful.
Many thanks
Jennie
