Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / John Fisher, County Carvan - Handwriting unclear

Our ancestor John Fisher was born around 1839 County Carvan Ireland and joined 95th Regiment of Foot at 25. I have attached a record of his birth found in his Chelsea Hospital Pensioner Records, however I am unable to read which Parish and town he is from. I am hoping someone is able to assist.
