I have scanned this photo at 600dpi and it came out as a file size of 1.4M. To be able to upload I have reduced the file size to about 48% using MS Paint.

I still have the original photo.

Could you please remove the cracks on the photo and give it a general clean up. Your help would be much appreciated.

We have found this old photo. It only measures about 2" x 1". I've scanned at 600dpi on Jpeg. Can rescan on Bitm but it comes out at 1.5 Mb.

Can you please do anything to improve the photograph. Your help would be very much appreciated.

Durham / Shiney Row - Oddfellows Arms

I am looking for an old photograph of Shiney Row (any time before 1960) which shows the Oddfellows Arms. There is a modern one (taken this year) on google but it an old one I'm looking for.

Northumberland Lookup Requests / COMPLETE Newcastle Evening Chronicle Look up please

If anyone has access to the Newcastle Evening Chronicle could they please have a look at the entry for the death of Robert Gray on the 12th February 1900. He is listed in the index as being 81.

Good afternoon, I tried asking this question over in Photograph Section without success. Advised to try here in Technical.

I have never had this problem in the past, but when I click on a posting the photographs sent in by the posters are not loading and I can't see them. I only get a blank box with the name of the file at the bottom. If I click on the file I then get a small box in the middle of my page which says "Image"

I have tried with both Opera and IE8 without success. I am logged in. I use Avast anti virus, Kerio Firewall. I have Spyware Blaster; Malwarebytes and Super AntiSpyware loaded.

Can anyone please suggest a solution.

Good afternoon,

Never had this problem in the past, but when I click on a posting the photographs are not loading. I only get a small red cross in the top corner. Sometimes not even a little red cross.

I have tried with both Opera and IE8 without success. I am logged in.

Can anyone please suggest a solution.
