On Old naval records I have come across “Occupation “ stated as G H School, what does G H stand for and was this a boys naval training School?

I have come across a Naval Record from 1913, the occupation on enlistment is just listed as a Scrolled P. The sailor was a 16 year old. Any idea as to what the P means please.
