I'd be very grateful for some help with the attached entry recorded between two baptisms in an Anglican baptism register.
 
I can get as far as:-
Andrew son of Andrew Hastens and Sarah his wife ...
but I'm stuck on the rest.

Looking for Henry COPE, wife Sarah and family in the 1841 Census.
In the 1851 Census he is age 45 and she is 41. They are living in Ann Street, Rushall, but children aged 7 and 12 have birthplace as Walsall.
