Ireland / Mallins family

I am having great difficulty finding information on my wife's grandfather Henry Joseph Mallins born Ireland around 1863. He married Annie and they had three children all born in Ireland  - Ellinor b.1890, Henry b.1894, and Kathleen b.1897.
 By 1901 they had moved to england and were living in London.
 Any information on Henry would be of great use to me.

I am researching the Claxton family/ families living in the East Winch area in the 1700's.
