Shropshire / Peter Stephan b c1796 Madeley
« on: Tuesday 06 August 19 15:04 BST (UK)  »
I Have found Peter Stephan in various Census going forward from 1841 giving his birth date as 1796 -1801, but I haven't found a birth record for him on FMPast.   Please can someone perhaps check another site.
My other query is how would I find out who his father was as there is no mention on the 1841 census.
Many thanks

Canada Lookup Request / Looking for Bernardi births etc 1930+
« on: Tuesday 22 June 10 17:44 BST (UK)  »
I would very much appreciate help:
Hilda Battley married Guido Franz  Bernardi in Slough England in 1929 (both full age) and they had a son Guido Edgar in April 1930 after that the trail goes cold.
The only other info I have found is Hilda's death listed in British Columbia as 5 June 1978 with details that all fit.

I know she had at least two other children Francis (male) and Teresa (who may have died in childhood) but where they were born I don't know, (can't find them in UK) - but I thought if mother died in Canada it's certainly worth a go.  Also her husband's death would be useful.
All help welcomed and greatly appreciated.

Essex Lookup Requests / Marriage look up Burnham area please
« on: Tuesday 08 June 10 21:33 BST (UK)  »
After many years I'm still trying to trace Richard Bat(t)ley's marriage to Sarah her surname was possibly Perry.  Their son Richard was born 3rd Sept and christened 16th Sept 1814 at St Mary the Virgin.  Still unable to find any siblings or trace of family for Richard senior.

Any help and ideas gratefully received.
