Moray (Elginshire) / Pronunciation help: Croftindaker

My great great grandparents had a croft by Knockando called Croftindaker. Does anyone from the area know what the local pronuncation of Croftindaker would be? I'm reasonably sure how we've always said it talking about it here in Canada is probably not right. Thank you!

Fife / Address in Falkland

According to the census, in 1851, my 3x great grandmother and her family were living at Hill Foot, Falkland, Fife.

I've done some Googling and map searching and other looking around, but haven't been able to identify this location in Falkland. Anyone familiar enough with the area to know where this might be/have been?

This is theoretically the marriage record from 1869 of Oliver Morris and Mary Ann Berard, but the scan is terrible and it's in French, and this is all I'm able to come up with. Anyone able to add to it? Thanks so much!

Handwriting Deciphering & Recognition / Wedding telegrams in Gaelic - anyone able to read/translate these?

Not sure this is the right forum for this, as it's not a handwriting deciphering question but a translation one. Anyone able to read Gaelic?

These telegrams, among others written in English, were sent to my great grandparents's wedding in 1909. I assume they're best wishes and congratulations, but I'd love to know what they actually say.

The woman facing the camera in this photo is my granny, born 1913, so I suspect this photo is mid-1930s, but would love to have a more accurate idea, as it would help in figuring out the identity of the man. Thank you!

Moray (Elginshire) / Photo request - Elgin New Cemetery- Completed

If anyone is in Elgin and wouldn't mind a stop by the cemetery, I'd really appreciate having a photo of my great grandfather's headstone. It's newly installed by his daughter, who was always bothered by the lack of a stone, but none of the family is in Elgin anymore. The photos provided by the stonemasons prove the work was done, but are of poor quality so that my elderly aunt cannot read the inscription and they don't have the ability to provide a better image.

The stone for Donald MacKenzie 1878-1950 is in the new cemetery, section K, plot 59 (I believe). I do have a photo of the cemetery map if you'd like me to email it to you.

Ross & Cromarty / Annat old burial ground

Are any of you familiar with the Annat burial ground in Annat (near Torridon and Shieldaig)? I'm wondering whether it's still there, open to visitors, etc. Also, do you know whether an index of the, er, residents exists anywhere?
