Suffolk Lookup Requests / cockfield pr look up please

Hi

Can anyone help me find the parents and or any siblings of John Crick born abt 1790 in Cockfield, Suffolk.

All i know is that he married Sarah Davie born abt 1790-1795 in Ipswich and he also married Sarah in Ipswich and lived in Ipswich untill his death.

According to the 1851 census it says he was born in Cockfield.

Any help very much appreciated as ive hit a brick wall and cant seem to find his birth anywhere.

Suffolk / Help with the Crick side of my family

Hi

Im stuck on William Crick born abt 1817 in either lidgate or ipswich.

On some census it says ipswich on others it says lidgate.

Ive just looked on ancestry and a few people have their trees on there that have a william crick in. The trouble is some say he married elizabeth ann ling and others say elizabeth ling married william smith. All the trees have elizabeth ling as having the same parents, george ling and jemima burch.
On the census it says the elizabeth im going by is using her middle name ann and the elizabeth that married william smith married using the name betsey ling.

This is getting really confusing.

I only looked to see if anyone had any cricks in their trees. Im now begining to wish i hadnt looked.

Any help much appreciated.

Denbighshire Lookup Requests / Owen Ellis - Llanrwst

Can anyone please help me find the mothers name of Owen Ellis born 17th July 1829 in Llanrwst.

I have his marriage cert and it says his fathers name is also Owen Ellis and both their occupations are tailors.

Help on either Owen Ellis would be very much appreciated.

Suffolk Lookup Requests / Hemingstone PR Lookup Please - RANDS

Hi

I wonder if anyone can do a look up for me in the hemingstone parish records.

I am trying to find out who married tamasin hammond. On the igi i find her married to john rands but there is also a tomasin foordes married to what seems to be the same john rands.
On ancestry tomasin foordes is married to john rands yet on rootsweb my tamasin is married to john rands.
I did think that i might have 2 different john rands but when you go back to his parents they are all the same. Both tomasin and my tamasin have different parents listed.
john rands both have the same birth date listed but tomasin and tamasin are different by about 2 years.

HELP this is very confusing.

Can anyone look up the birth of Owen Ellis for me please in Llanrwst parish records.
I think he was born about 1830 and could have married Ellen Jones about 1853 in Liverpool.
Ive checked the 1841 census but he is not living with his parents so at the mo i am stuck.

Hi

Ive just got a new laptop with vista.

Is there any way to turn off what i call drop down boxes.
I know they come in handy sometimes to save you re-typing names etc but i never have them on my old computer with windows xp and i find them annoying. I suppose its because im not used to them but if there is a way i can turn them off them it would be much appreciated.
